Our law firm is very aware that the people we represent have either been injured or have lost loved ones, and not only need legal representation, they need understanding and compassion. James P. Kelaher is not only proud of the role he serves in the community, but is deeply honored to represent our clients in the pursuit of justice from those who have wronged them.

Our firm represents people injured or who have suffered damages as a result of automobile negligence, premises liability as well as medical, legal and other professional malpractice. Choosing not to advertise either by television, billboards or yellow pages, most of our clients are referred either by old clients, other lawyers, or physicians having past experience with the firm. We strive to make every effort to maintain professionalism in the practice of law.

In 1998, in order to offer better personal service to his clients, James P. Kelaher left the law firm he began in 1983 and founded Kelaher Law Offices, P.A. as a sole practitioner. With his three legal assistants, Linda Romea, Lynda Stewart and Kelly Maschinot, Mr. Kelaher is now back providing more individualized service, going to every hearing and deposition himself. He limits his caseload in order to better serve his clients in cases of automobile negligence, premises liability as well as medical, dental, legal and other professional malpractice cases. Mr. Kelaher believes that his clients deserve personal attention, and in the philosophy that people should be treated the way he would like to be treated: with caring, respect and dignity.
